BONITA BEACH - A well established beach community tucked in between Naples and Fort Myers and home to the Conservancy of Southwest Florida Nature Center. Fishing and outdoor activities are prominent due to its close proximity to the beach and Lovers Key State Park. As you drive closer towards the beach on Bonita Beach Road towards Hickory Blvd. you will find older condo's built in 1970's ranging in price from the the high $200's to 1.5 million. The Gulf Side of Hickory Blvd is lined with a few remaining beach cottages but mostly luxurious single family residences ranging in price from 1.5 million up to 8 million.
